Return:

Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service email at the first time if you want to return your order. (Please send some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received with your order number to our customer service email.)

• Return unsatisfactory item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordered wrong products, you can return a product within 14 days after delivery. You must be responsible for the shipping charges and will be subject to a 15% retocking fee.

• Return defective or incorrect item

1.If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered. We will be responsible for shipping charges if the buyer received product that was effective or shipped the incorrect product.

Refund:

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
